I know this is late but I actually just found out a few days ago.
I don't mind telling you all about it now that its over, but when it was happening it was to afraid to post exactly what was going on.
About a month ago my mom started spotting. She's 63 and hasn't had her period in about 10-15 years. So she went to the dr. The dr. said that its not Abnormal, but its not really normal either. So they did a D&C. The dr. said after the procedure that everything looked normal while he was doing it but he was going to send the "remants" (ew) off to the lab and he'd let her know in a week the results. Well, 2 1/2 weeks later (thanks for making us wait) he calls her and said everything is fine it was just residual buildup. Not really sure why/how that happens but it did and she's going to be ok.
Of course for me I was thinking the worst, like cancer (her sister died of ovarian cancer so I was so scared that this was the beginning of it). I'm just happy everything is going to be ok. Thanks for keep us in your thoughts at the time. It means a lot to me!
