Daiquris to go

I'm an avid reader of Daily Candy so when this place was highlighted today, it seemed like a neat idea. It's a drive thru that offers daiquiris in some naughty named flavors (Sex in Dallas, Legspreader. ..)

So I went to check out the myspace and watched the video.

All I have to say is wow.

Re: Daiquris to go

  • a woman that i worked with was watching that video yesterday at the office... ?wow is right!!
  • Everybody know the movie Baby Boy!

But anyways...there is a place like that in FTW called Eskimo Hut...it's ok, but they have to use wine and not liquor b/c of the law or something.....
but they put it in a bag just like that!

  • I'm assuming this video is NSFW?
  • It's safe for work. Just an interesting business concept.
  • it's like a snowcone stand but so much better! i am totally going there.

  • They have these in Louisiana... I was in shock the 1st time we drove thru.

Only there they give you the straw seperate and put tape over the lid it is considered closed container as long as the tape is not removed!!

  • The have an Eskimo Hut in Denton. If it wasn't so far from my house, I'm sure I'd be a frequent visitor. I know you can buy the daquiries by the gallon and they are sealed in a milk jug. The daquiries that are just in cups are put in a vacuum sealed bag, so they aren't an 'open container'.
  • I wish that I could drive by on my way home from work today...  but I am definately going to make myself a daiquri when i get home...
  • I'm originally from Louisiana and could not believe there were no drive thru liquor places around here when we moved.  I searched for weeks.  Guess I will have to check it out.
