I saw you had questions about your mortgage - wanted to reccomend this amazing website:

They do the math on a lot of mortgage Q's and I've learned a ton from them - based on their tip 2 weeks ago, I locked in my variable mortgage to a fixed rate for 5 years at 3.65% - since then, rates have gone up TWICE.

This seems a little fishy, like a vendor post to me. I don't think I have seen you on the boards before, thats why I am curious.
If you are actually recommending this website, then great.
If you work for them and are a vendor, I recommend you remove this immediately, or it will be removed for you.

Oh - didn't realize it would come off vendor-ish. I'm definitely just reccomending the blog, not trying to push any product.
I mostly post over on the MM board on the Nest, but have been on the Bump more since I got my BFP and sometimes lurk on the Toronto/Canada boards since I'm from TO.
