World's Strongest Toddler - on TLC

It's pretty fascinating - the few mins I've seen so far.  He has a disorder which has made him super strong.

  • Just tuned in. Unbelievable!

  • Maybe I'm in the minority, but I am not overly impressed.  They have a HS football coach assess him & some local sports trainers have him do some exercises.

I babysat a 4 year old when I was a teenager.  He could do pull-ups at the park, had six pack abs, defined calves, not much body fat, and was in constant motion.  I mean, it was more than most kids his age were doing but neither I nor his mother were wondering why.

Here goes TLC just exploiting more kids.

The first few minutes had me going "ohhh and ahhh".  However, the longer I watched, the less impressed I was.

They didn't even wait to air the show until they had his genetic testing back.  Pretty pathetic.

I thought we were going to hear from doctors at a large university hospital speak about his condition, etc.

    Disappointment.

  • I tuned out after 5 mins. Had to watch SYTYCD ;)

  • I was definitely impressed by the little boy....however his parents...that's another story. I would never throw my children out there like that. They were treating the child like he's a circus act. I hope his mother watched the show and saw the errors she and her husband made. He's a kid and his parents really need to knock it off.
