We are almost to Friday! I am excited. Kelsey (my daughter) is spending the night with MIL and SIl tonight, and tomorrow.
I need some alone time to get some homework done..and its nice to have alone time w/DH every now and again. MIL is also not working, so it gives her something to do....a win for everyone! She wants to take our puppy also but I think he is going to stay with me because then I can go run in the mornings w/him and not him and a stroller.
Anyway....work is going to be a boring day today. our office is closing at 12 because one of our doctors has a Atlanta Braves box for the game and everyone is going except me and like 4 others. I didnt want to use PTO to go w/o my family and friends. So hopefully....fingers crossed I might get to sneak out early

I'm working all day and , thankfully, there isn't a whole lot going on. I'm in desperate need of new summer clothes so, I'll be going shopping at lunchtime after hearing that Kohl's is having a good sale right now. Tonight, I'll be baking pans of brownies for my cousin's graduation party this Saturday.

Today I am off from work (don't get jealous, I'm working all weekend again) and I have a couple of errands to run - I never gave my sister a bday present, plus I need one for my friend on June 16 and another on June 26. Gosh, June is a busy birthday month!!
Yesterday I had a hard time falling asleep. When Kevin works overnights, I sleep with a flashlight - its this huge heavy MagLite lol, I know its silly but it makes me feel better. So yesterday he asks if I have ever heard anything that I have had to get up and check things out, and I hadn't....until last night, when I got all paranoid. So I slept in SUPER late this morning. 10:30! Yahoo!?
Whenever Travis is not come or coming home late...I always have the maglite, dog, daughter and phone in the bed w/me. If Dh gets his way soon I will have a hand gun in the house w/me.

Today is moving day. They are dropping off my moving Pods right now, and then the movers come in about an hour to help me load them. My apartment is completely empty save for the boxes and my bed, so it's pretty crazy. I still don't think it's sunk in that I am leaving Seattle and moving away from my friends. But, I think that SD will be a great place to live, so I'm focusing on the positive!

I'm having a pretty boring day at work. I just don't have much work on my desk at the moment so I'm trying to find things to keep busy. I'll do a little shopping at lunch too.
I'm planning on making a nice dinner of chicken, rice and veggies. I have been making junk all week because its easy and I've been tired. Last night was grilled cheese and tater tots. Not that my husband minds really but I promised I would actually cook for him tonight
