Pest Control Question?
How often do yall have this done?
We've lived in our house for a year and have never done it, and as it started warming up we are seeing a few little ants in the bathrooms and we want to stop it before it gets bad (we had ants BAD in our apartment).
I just called Orkin and they can do it 1x for $200, quarterly for about $150/visit, or 7x in one year for $99/visit.
I have no idea if we need more than one treatment, what's normal to pay, etc.
Any recs or advice?

We used Value Pest Control. They came out every other month and it was $42.22. We never once had an issue with bugs. I have no idea what areas they service (we were in Saginaw) but I'd definitely recommend them.

We use Home Team Pest Defense because we have the tubes in our walls and that's who put them in.
We pay $65 quarterly. That covers filling the tubes, spraying the lawn, looking for problem areas (ant beds, wasp nests--they have found nest we didn't even know we had on our front porch), and spraying the inside of the house however much or little we need (like I usually only have them spray doorways unless he are having a problem, then they spray all baseboards). Also, they will come out at any time between schedule maintenance if we have a problem.

This! J should be able to get some stuff from Lowe's and DIY. I'll ask M what he uses since I just mentioned I saw a few ants in our master tub.

My home warranty covers pest control for 2 treatments a year. If you still have a warranty I would check that first.
We use Metro Guard. They call us quarterly to set up the appointment and they set appointments as late as 6pm. We pay $67ish a time for the quarterly visits. We get the outside and inside done.
We have never had a bug problem but we have 2 cats. I'm terrified they will eat a bug and get sick from it! Although a tiny lizard got in the other night when the pizza guy came the the girl cat got to it before I could
