Woo Hoo!! I can't resist posting because I am so jazzed. I just got out of the office for a lovely 3 mile jog. It's funny how sometimes a run wears me out, and today is just mega empowered me.
I think we can all use more great moments in our days, so I'd like to know, what empowers (or jazzes
) you?

Re: Empowering...
Good for you, Lisa! Although I think it's hysterical that what empowers one person can make another want to be sick at the thought (i.e. your run!).
I felt really good to walk out of the building this afternoon and get some fresh air. It wasn't for long but, it got me away from my computer for a few minutes.

When I could this would be riding a horse...its my form of stress relief. But since I dont have a horse anymore I would say seeing my daughters face light up when she sees me or her giggle.
Walking is becoming my new stress relief...I just like to go w/the dog and walk like crazy.
good for you!
I love it when I am able to help someone in need, and make a difference in their lives.
Hmm, I have nothing good. I do enjoy walking- went jogging yesterday, my shins hurt today, lol.
I'm not sure what makes me feel "empowered".. I think when I do a good job at work, and its acknowledged- (which happens next to never, the acknowledgement part)...or if I get a claim paid that was a big balance or an old claim- that makes me feel "empowered"... I guess-- that is dorky. oh well.
