Anyone hosted a private party in Dallas?
I need rec's for a private party space. It's going to be a 30th birthday party and I'm looking for a private place, that can accomodate or has a dancefloor, and/or space for a DJ.
I also need a dirt cheap DJ, not the usual wedding DJ but someone who can simply play the music over loud speakers.

you might check out www.2616Commerce.com - not sure your budget but they would have space for dance floor/DJ - probably not something you could find at a restaurant. Except for maybe Maggiano's at NP.
