Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My duh moment of the day...
Because now I can laugh at my pain....Today during lunch I ran out to Panera Bread to pick up a few bagels and when I got home today I put the bag on the back of the counter while I took Byron out. When we get back inside (we're both soaked from the pouring rain) I go to hang up his leash and he goes running through the house.
He jumped up to the counter and grabbed my bag of bagels so I started to run after him...until I hit the hardwood floor that's not covered by the runner. And by hit I mean literally. Both of my feet were in the air and I came down on my left side hard with my elbow. The only positive is that Byron only got one bagel and the rest were fine.
Note to self...hardwoods are slippery when wet...LOL!
