Bleh...*another* tacky invite!
I just got an email...yep, an *email*, inviting me to the stagette of a former co-worker. The email had been forwarded twice before it got to me. The woman getting married is 60 and has been married twice before. One of her co-worker's is "hosting" (I use the term very very loosley) and we are required to bring the following:
- $10 for a gift
- Panties for the bride (????!!!!) Ok, I don't mean to be rude but she's very, uhm, overweight and I hardly think it would be easy for us to find anything besides granny panties that would fit and be comfortable and not cost a fortune
- A lawn chair
- A food item for the potluck
- Your own alcohol
- "Extra cash" to make purchases from the Passion Party portion of the evening.
I wish I was kidding about this. Seriously.

now that is ridiculous. I'm assuming that you are going to politely decline. Although it would be entertaining to hear the recap if you do go... but I highly doubt that will happen!
You HAVE to go to this. But do the following
$10 for a gift - bring it all in loose pennies
Panties - XS thong - hot pink - lace - crotchless
Food for the potluck - Jello with tiny plastic penis' in it
Your own alcohol - make sure you bring it in a brown bag and drink it from the bag
Extra cash - more pennies!!!!

So you're supposed to spend what 100 on this bachelorette party for some one in their 3rd marriage? I think that you might have to be very busy moving or giving the cats a bath that night.
