A little me update

I've been so busy lately... no nesting time:(
The last day of school was tuesday, so we're finishing up with exams, placement meetings - all that fun teacher stuff! Tuesday had some excitement with police officers, fireworks, vandalism and 2 assaults at our school (nope, not kidding). Thank god it is almost over.
In happier news I found out I get to teach my beloved Chemistry classes next year and on the home front, today I noticed my radishes just sprouted. So I am a happy girl:)

Re: A little me update

  • By the sounds of it the school year ended just in time! Sounds like he last week has been crazy!

That's great news that you got the classes that you wanted for next year. And yeah for your garden starting to sprout!

  • Ooo are they easy to grow? Joey loves them and I never thought about planting them in our garden.
  • Really easy. I guess you can re-sow them a few times during the growing season. The trick I've been told is to keep them shaded from the hot afternoon sun, otherwise they get leggy:) I'll let you know how these first ones turn out!
  • Eeeeek...I hope the last week is a little smoother at my school =)

That's great news about chemistry....isn't wonderful when you get to teach what you want/love??

As for the radishes...that's great...but I'm not a huge fan, so I can't get too excited for you =)

  • that's great you got the classes you want for next year!

And woohoo for the garden getting on it's way :)

  • sounds like things are going well, RJ. I'm sure you'll enjoy the summer... good to hear about the garden - yum!
  • that is awesome you will soon have the summer off!

That's great you got the classes you want to teach next year!
