As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Interview today!
I usually just lurk here, but today I need some advice. I have an interview today (after being unemployed for 3 weeks) at a media/advertising firm. When I set up the interview the man I spoke with said to just be confident and not nervous, they hire mostly based on personality. Okay, cool, sounds good. What questions should I ask the interviewer(s)?

I would go to their website and take a look around. Draft some questions based on what you see there.
