Bowen Treatment?
This was recommened to me by a friend. I have googled it and I think I understand what it is, but was wondering if anyone has had it done. What's it like? Is it effective for treatment of joint pain? I am thinking of having it done for my shoulder (which, 5 years after a fall in the shower, remains very painful and without a clear diagnosis from my specialist).
Re: Bowen Treatment?
I have never had it done myself, but have had a number of clients that have had Bowen treatment. They have all found it very effective, and less invasive then some other soft tissue treatments. From what I understand from them it has been particularly helpful with very chronic conditions.
Let me know if you do get it done, I'd be curious to learn more about it.
