House Update and Photos
A friend of mine had the day off work yesterday and drove past what will be our new house and said the people who have it now were moving out 
. Than DH got a call from our Realtor who said they agreed to have a handyman come in to look at the problems we wanted addressed. We hadn't heard anything in a few days so I was getting worried.

As you can see the current owners have a lot of stuff to move out. Once DH and I get it we have a lot of yard work and painting to do. It does need new carpet in all the rooms but we plan on making that one of our first big projects.
