Pinched nerve :(
I started feeling a sore right neck on Friday at work. It happens quite a bit, so i was just stretching it and taking ibuprofen. Now i can barely move my head! And my right shoulder is killing me too! 
I'm continuing to try to stretch, but DH and i went to the driving range at Chelsea Piers on Sat and i'm sure that didn't help. 
I slept *terribly* last night!! Every time i moved around, pain would shoot thru my neck. DH and i got up early to exercise and we tried this yoga show for aches and pains. It hurt so bad!! So i called in sick. And unexpectedly starting crying while leaving a VM for the office manager. Great.
Ugh...

Oh no!! I'm so sorry - that is always the worst! Can you go to the dr.s and maybe get some serious pain relief meds? Or maybe just wrap your neck in warmth/heat pad?
