It's huge and has a ton of potential, but they've got to be kidding with a price like that and all of that wallpaper/paneling.
I think it was listed up in the $380's last year.
Yeesh! I must admit - that kitchen looks very close to what mine looked like. The 70s were THRIVIN in my house prior to our renovations.
I love how there is a loose roll of TP on the bathroom counter. Seriously?!
