Any recommendations? The store I got the diapers from suggested Charlie's but it seemed quite expensive.
Re: Soap for cloth diapers?
Have you heard of Crunchy Clean? It is a nestie who makes it (she is from the EFF board). She sells it on Etsy for a really good price (she has one for CD's and then one for regular clothes too).

From what I have read, you can use any laundry detergent that is "Free and Clear" (e.g. Purex, Arm and Hammer etc.).
I like this chart:

Jen & Joe...have you tried to order Crunchy Clean, and have it sent over the boarder?? I'm a bit concerned that it might get held up
My local CD store carries it (which surprised the heck out of me) so I picked some up, so far, so good, but I'd much prefer to get it from her directly.
I use Sunlight sensitive skin. I've tried tons of stuff, and it works the best for us (we have hard water). It doesn't leave build up at all (it's the stuff that my other CD store recommends).
Yes...Charlies is $$. I also found Nellies $$ too (and it didn't work with our hard water).
