Marriage Counseling?
DH and I have had some ongoing issues with his family that came to a head late last week. We have decided to seek out marriage counseling to help us work through the issues. We went to someone many years ago who we did not like at all. My question here is can anyone recommend someone? If you can't make a recommendation, does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about finding someone that will actually help us?

Cincinnati Relationship Center - Dr. Tom & Joyce DeVoge. They do both counseling and PAIRS classes. (their site and info on PAIRS http://cincinnatirelationshipcenter.com/PAIRS.html)
They're a pretty hokey couple, very kumbaya, but the pairs classes were really great for us. So much so that we urged my SIL to go with her fiancee before they got married to help with communication techniques. The counseling sessions were nice but the pairs workshops were practical and helpful and really helped to get us on the same page with each other.

I just found the number, Counseling Resource Associates. I saw Theresa Greenwood there after my grandma past. Things were pretty bad for me and DH had hard time understanding how to cope with me. She helped us both a lot. Her number is 513-779-9955. My insurance did not cover her but covered Steven Hilman (sp?) in the same office. They just billed under him. Hope this helps.
