Chicago, anyone?
H might have to go to Chicago the week after 4th of July for work and I might tag along.
Has anyone been? Any suggestions of places to see, things to do, places to eat??

No, but I want to! I was going to try to plan a trip there with H while the Phillies were on a road trip out there. But, it doesn't look like we're going to be able to
I'm sure there are lots of great pizza places!
michigan avenue for shopping and sightseeing (there is a beautiful church there - can't remember name), there are several nice museums (art museum, science/technology), the sears tower and hancock building.
lots of great restaurants,just depends on how much you want to spend. There is an Irish pub/restaurant that is great. I don't know the name, we stumbled upon it when we were meeting a work group at Maggiano's. So I can say it's across from Maggiano's - some of the best appetizers I ever had.
Millenium Park (off of Michigan I think) is gorgeous and you can see the Bean.
Not sure your H is up for it but Boys Town (the GLBT neighborhood) is SO much fun. Show tunes bars and all.
Giordano's I think was the place we got awesome, awesome pizza.
