If you or anyone you know needs furniture...
We bought this set of 4 tables from rooms to go and it was a final sale since they are discontinuing them and they were a floor sample. We got it home and it looks horrible in our living room. It just doesn't go with our colors or anything else in the family room. So, we have a coffee table, end tables, and sofa table/entry table for sale for $400 OBO. If someone just wants to buy part of the set that's OK too. Pass it along if you think you know anyone that might be looking. I can provide more pics if requested.
I don't know how to do a PIP hopefully this works; if not, there is a pic in my New Home bio under the "For Sale" tab.

I would love to live in Craig Ranch... we are going to start looking into buying a house out there within the next year or so...

I agree. Craig Ranch is a client of mine and I have spent some time out there... I absolutely LOVE that place. Absolutely perfect place to raise a family!! My job recently relocated me from Downtown Dallas to Frisco... so moving to McKinney is a much more feasible option...
I wish I could move into a house NOW... but I have to be patient... for like a whole year... ugh! :-)
Yeah, def, if you work in Frisco it's perfect... it's Frisco ISD as well. That was important to us...
Trust me having a house is a LOT of work... way more than I thought it would be. Enjoy the year! It will fly by.
