How's everyone today?
It's supposed to be mega-hot today and now all the people that were complaining it WASN'T 85 degrees are now complaining that it's too hot (90+ and super humid). It really makes you want to slap someone, you know? LOL And I'd give my left foot to have a day of 65-70 and sunny again! (I have NEVER been one of those people who whined "it's almost summer...it's too cold... where's the 80 degrees and sunny?")

I'm tired this morning because I was up watching J&K+8 and then I got a phone call from one of my close friends. She just delivered her baby at 31 weeks and, after that call, I couldn't go back to sleep after thinking about that baby and what if I were to deliver that early!

I'm sleepy today. I didn't sleep well last night or the night before. I do think it's this weather. I want to know where spring went? I like the 70's to low, low 80's. Not this 90 degree crap.
Michelle, I hope your friend and her baby are doing well.
I'm ok. Tired (as usual from peeing times last night). Anxious to have the windows finished today. my feet are so swollen (think Fred Flintstone feet x2). My thighs are swollen too. So weird. But, I have to say, that I have finally been able to relax and have left work behind. It feels good.
My sister is coming today. So that will be nice. She will help me with Louie and some other things.
Hey girls. I had quite the day at work yesterday (don't worry, everything is fine).
Paula - We are having very similar weather, it's supposed be in the low-mid 90's today without the heat index. I would give anything to be laying on a raft in my pool right now.
The weather = I hate it. I was SO no looking forward to this and with the heat & humidity yest. - yuck! I love my A/C!
My friend is doing well and the baby could be in the NICU for a couple weeks (obviously). I think she said that she weighed 3lbs 4 oz.
Ditto... actually I wouldn't even want to lay outside. Days like today are days I desperately wish for cental air.
We have somehow managed fairly well with just fans to date, but MH is putting in the window A/C unit in our bedroom tonight. *sigh* I hate that thing.
I got up and went straight to the store (to get hubby some gatorade this hot weather is really taking a toll on him) and then the bank. Stopped at McD's and now I'm home and staying here, it's freakin hot, I went by the thing at the bank and it already said 110 and it was before noon!!! K's work schedule changed to noon-10--sucks big time, but it's only for a couple of weeks and then he'll be back on days, yay for life going back to normal and cooking again!!!!
