what do you guys think of his "punishment" for pleading "guilty" to a felony conviction?
five years probation and 180 days of community service. wow. talk about a "you were a bad, bad boy!" pat on the head.

I think it's fair and not really that different from what any other normal person would get for the same plea.

I'm willing to put down $50. And that's a lot of money to me nowadays.?
I'm glad he's doing community service instead of going to jail. I think it must be more humiliating to serve a punishment in public serving the people instead of hiding in a cell and possibly being released early.
ah, see - i don't know what the typical punishment is for a felony conviction like that. i guess i wasn't sure what to expect, but i agree that it's better to see his ass picking up trash/cleaning up graffiti rather than wasting time in jail.
