house cleaning in LBC
anyone?
i've already done google/yelp/merry maids/other big chains & referral agencies. i prefer an independent service (not tied to a referral agency) via personal recommendations. the person i used to use periodically up in LA won't come all the way down here, unsurprisingly. 
maybe north county people would be OK, too? we're just over the seal beach border.

gah, I need to get you dentist/dr recs still, don't I? my sister and I have not been on the best of speaking terms lately, I do need to call her soon though. she has a lady, I don't know if she'll be available but she might know of others.

yes, this soon-to-be lady of leisure is very much looking forward to some time off. even though I so don't deserve it.
What does deep house cleaning consist of? Getting into every crevice and pulling out appliances and such? I believe I did this once a few months ago and it sucked so bad that even my cheap ass would pay to have someone do it for me next time (well, depending on cost).

Diame, what you said. I need them to scrub inside kitchen cabinets (which are still empty) and clean some caked on dust/grime on baseboards, tops of door frames, etc. which is outside of most cleaners' normal scope of services, it seems. Not only do I hate doing it, I lack the elbow grease to do a really good job. The hubs is awesome at it, but he's been working long hours and his cheap ass (and mine) are finally giving in. Housewife fail.
