Ideas for lunch at the cottage
I'm in charge of lunch at the cottage this weekend....and ideas?? There's only four (and a half...although Ru sometimes eats more than I do) people, and I'd like it to be easy...I'm drawing a blank
Re: Ideas for lunch at the cottage
These California Melts were a big hit when I made them camping. Easy and yummy. Maybe serve with fresh veg and dip?

You could bring a crock pot and do pulled pork sandwiches with apple coleslaw.
Grilled shrimp are super quick and you could add salad and breads or buns.
Buy a bunch of pregrilled veg, some lunch meat, pesto, mayo, mustard and panini buns. Put them in a panini press or even a George Foreman and you have panini.
Quesadillas with guac, salsa and sour cream.
