Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Day 28 - Who's at Level 3?!?
So, did anyone else do it?? I have to say....I LIKE IT!! Better than level 2!! Don't get me wrong, it's impossibly hard, but I like the moves better. AND I like that she switches up a little more.
I couldn't do any of it for the full time, but I think I will have more fun trying to get better at this level than I did at level 2.
And if you haven't done it yet.....let's just say that the warm up consists of actual CARDIO moves from the other levels. And then she adds weights to everything..... :-)
Re: Day 28 - Who's at Level 3?!?
I'm the lame-butt still on level 2. I had a few days of no workouts and then when I went back to level 2 it was sooooooo hard! eeeek! but at least I could do almost everything at the natalie level (harder level). I think i might try level 3 tonight. just to get things going.
I got that horrible flu last week and then flew out to Cali and just got back. I think I am getting sick again, uggh. Just too much stress. Anyway, I have been off the shred for about a week. We'll see how i am feeling tomorrow. I will just go back to level 2 and see what happens.
I'm scared.
