Re: Deep steam/cleaner vacuum recommendations
We also have the Bissell ProHeat 2X, but the newer model in red. I think the main difference in the two models is the "dryer" on the red one. Walmart does have them, so does Bed, Bath, and Beyond. We got ours a little cheaper by going to BB&B and using a 20% off coupon.
We also love ours. It works great for both small jobs and doing entire rooms. We have had some issues with it clogging, but that's probably more because of the cheap carpet in the house than the machine. I love that it's easy to store (not much bigger than a regular vac) and easy to refill/empty the water.
