I know we only bought it like 2 years ago, but we already out-grew it. A 2 bedroom townhouse is just not cutting it for 2 people and 4 cats. lol Ok, that's just my excuse for a bigger house.
DH and I decided now is the time to buy in NJ being we can get so much more for our money and the interest rates are a lot less than what we got out mortgage for. Whatever you say hubby.
Anyway, pics are in my bio for any potential buyers...pass the word on.
Re: We're selling our house!
Congrats! We just put our co-op up for sale a couple of days ago too - we really are so much alike (remember how similar our weddings were???).

<a href="http://www.thenest.com/?utm_source=ticker&utm_medium=HTML&utm_campaign=tickers" title="Home DActually, our agent was saying that lower-priced homes are still selling pretty well so I think we are both in luck! It's the houses that are more than $500k that are on the market for longer - and I doubt you're selling your townhouse for that much.
I guess NJ is a natural progression from SI but you should still come to our GTGs! We will still be looking on SI since we both work on SI, but NJ would be nice too. Best of luck, keep us updated!

<a href="http://www.thenest.com/?utm_source=ticker&utm_medium=HTML&utm_campaign=tickers" title="Home DAwh, I can't believe you are selling your home...and you are moving to Jersey. Don't forget to write! LOL Just kidding. Well wishing you a speedy sale and you are right, it is better to buy a bigger home now.
Isn't Nova in SI and looking? Hint, hint to both of you! Gotta give her a nestie discount, girl!

Good luck Bonnie! I hope it sells quick.
lol, yeah we're looking but I have to have a 3BR. I'm looking for my forever house.
Bonnie you're moving to NJ? Traitor!
Seriously though, good luck finding a buyer!
I know what you mean Marie. I think it should be a little easier selling our houses vs. homes that would require a jumbo mortgage...which, in my opinion, is insane. =/
Pretty much...I think it's NJ and then FL. We're not quite there yet tho'. lol Let's work on NJ first.
I wouldn't mind staying on SI if it weren't so crowded and the houses aren't so overly priced. But, you just get so much more for your money out there.
Don't worry...my whole fam is still out here so I'll be sure to make it to a GTG.
yea, i know my DH would love being close to wegmans!!! good luck with selling & buying!
LOL, I know! My kid just had a "mommy's crazy" look on her face!
Good luck Bonnie! Hope you manage to sell and find something new quickly!
Bubblegum Explosion
Thanks ladies!
I've learned my lesson with all these damn bathrooms. lol I was soooo excited to have all of them when I moved in (coming from a house that once had 5 people and 1 bathroom...that was horrible)...so when we finally got a house a pre-requisite was to have more than 1 BR...but, 3 is definitely over doing it! =/
