I went and bought some Slim Fast this morning and Slim Fast snacks too. I'm hoping to embark on a miraculous weight loss surge. DH keeps looking at older pics of us and saying we need to lose weight, uggghh I KNOW DUDE! CHILL OUT
I went to the dentist yesterday for the first time in 4 years (yikes! i know!) and I didn't have any cavities and everything was marvelous!!! WOOT WOOT! I may have to have to some periop procedure done on my gums which was caused by my braces but that's a minor thing, nothing severe

I agree with Meg, our board is very slow...
I gained weight on our honeymoon and I'm disgusted with myself. I always am. I don't want to gain all my weight back. Even though DH insists he loves me no matter my weight, and no matter what.
I have baby on the brain. We have been TTC, only for the past two months, but it's still disappointing when you get a BFN.
I'm tired of my job...only in the fact that the pay sucks considering my degree, and it's slow 90% of the time.
I still want to be on my honeymoon...and get paid to do it. That would be awsome.
Hi Ladies! I don't have much to confess but I guess thats a good thing. Yesterday was my b-day and DH made it wonderful, totally spoiled me with gifts and dinner out. I am so happy to have him. Life is good, I cannot complain.
Megan - I think you look so pretty in the picture with your niece. But good luck with the trying to lose weight, ugh its so hard I'm in the same boat.
I'm bummed about our board slowness, too. I miss the lively conversation and all my favorite girls! Are we all just boring newlyweds now?
I have ZERO to do at work today and cannot wait for 4:30 to get here so I can hit the road! I have been giving all of my work to my intern (here once a week) to keep her busy which has left me with nada.

I have to confess that I am super frustrated with orientation experiences and their poor organization in general. For example, we have to drive between both ends of town each day this week to get various things done when it would be easily possible to consilidate and decrease the amount of commuting that we all have to do. I am also frustrated with computer orientation and the badge people, who seem to go out of their ways to make things difficult. Whew, that felt good!
My confession is late: and probably flameworthy-
so MJ died. Yes, that is sad. My thoughts go out to his kids, because Ithink they are farely young, and that really is horrific. But i'm already of tired of hearing about it. On my drive home 3 different stations were playing MJ songs- MTV has cancelled all their reg shows and is playing MJ everywhere-... the news i watched earlier didn't even acknowledge that Farrah Fawcett died today (uhm hello)....thank fully Entertainment tonight talked alot about Farrah and not to much about MJ- while I understand MJ died completely unexpectedly and it is very tragic but I think we blow celebrity death WAY OUT of proportion. I mean they were even showing a picture someone took of MJ while he was either in the ambulance on in the hospital- you could see that had a breathing tube -- it was horrible! sorry but.... no body freaked out when Ed Mcmahon died!, Farrah Fawcett has been pushed to the wayside. I dunno, just makes me sad.
I have been trying to avoid the nest while i'm at work & here is why: 2 weeks ago I got my application for the coding program for school. in the application there were basically a review of my performance at work- i was supposed to give them to people who know me professionally. it asked about my timeliness & my productivity- so i gave them to my DR, my Ofc Mgr & my clinical coordinator---the dr gave me all 5's (which was the best) (i told him to, lol).... my ofc mgr gave me mostly 5's, and i think 1 (4) for my organization- sometimes my desk looks like a hurricane went through- and the clinical coord. gave me alot of 4's...to me she is the most honest-- she gave me 4s in my organization, my productivity (quality & Quantity)....for some reason I really took this to heart- I know the clinical coordinator likes & respects me-...my ofc mgr is just shady and the dr ..well whatever.... so i decided I am really going to start focusing on work and quit playing on the nest so much....everyone can see my computer & what i'm doing, i know they see me messing around!....so that is why I have been so quiet lately!
I confess that I am going to miss my family. My visit was way too short. I am also confessing that I am NERVOUS about my job starting on Monday!!!!!
I promise to help keep the board more active when I get back to NY, athough my weekend will be busy, but I should be able to update monday night after my first day of work.

I havent been around much bc I am training someone at work and she is ALWAYS looking over my shoulder. I was trying to nest the other day and she kept asking me who is that? aw cute puppy? nice wedding pictures? It is driving me nuts!!!!!
I had not checked our mail in a few days....its on the other side of the neighborhood (since we live in a townhouse). I went this morning, we have a letter from our HOA company...saying to remove our ac window unit immediatly. The letter goes on to say it is bringing down our neighborhoods standards by having it in the window. HAHAH well a little background....our HOA president fired the landscaping company and hasnt hired anyone so him and a neighbor are doing it, lets just say BAD idea! There are weeds everywhere, our grass is getting ruined bc they dont know how it cut it, and he is also the pest control person....well there are ants everywhere! we cant even enjoy laying out by the pool or walking the dog bc there are ants crawling all over the sidewalks and all over the pool area....nasty! So this morning they are getting a nice email from me
