lol oh ya my morning was hilarious
So this morning, DH's alarm goes off and five seconds later the baby woke up. ?She has been sleeping later now that she is in her own room so I was surprised. ?I grabbed her brought her to our room fed her and fell asleep. ?I was planning on getting up with DH because I wanter to see what time my friend was coming over. ?I thought for lunch so I wasn't too concerned. ?I slept until 7:30. ?
I woke up because I thought it was weird that the fan was blowing on my head. The fan is at the foot of the bed on the right. ?Why is it blowing on top of my head. ?I woke up to realize that the sheet was wrapped around my head like a turban, the top of my head wasn't even on the bed and th baby was cuddled up beside me at the foot of the bed. ?The dog...oh god the dog...was at the head of the bed, his head on the pillows, lying on his back as stretched out as possible. ?Scarlett and I were curled up on a corner of the foot of the bed. ?I hate when my hair blows on my face when the fan is going. ?Drives me insane so I guess in my sleep i decided to fix the problem.
So after a good chuckle I go downstairs, expecting to have some time to clean the?disaster?that is my house. ?Ummm nope. ?My friend FB me to tell me that she couldn't come in the afternoon and would be around at 9:30. ? So after I panicked I cleaned like a crazy fool. ?I was wearing a soccer jersey and underwear. ?After what felt like ten minutes of insanity I looked at the clock and it said 9:35. ?So I threw myself into the tub, had a bath and jumped out freaking out that I was taking too long, I swore I was in there for 20 minutes. What time was it? 9:38. ?At 10:00 still no friend. So I checked FB again and she has messaged me to say she will be late and won't be here until 10:30. ? So I cleaned like mad for another half hour (eating leftover b-day cake for breakfast while?vacuuming?) ?My livingroom, the baby's room both bathrooms and the kitchen are spotless. I have never cleaned so fast in my life.?
Now I have no cleaning to do. ?My house is clean, my baby is napping, my dinner is marinating, I have nothing to do and my friend has gone home after a great visit. ?I wish I had a book to read!

that is hilarious about how you woke up this morning! I lol'd at the thought of your dog lying across the pillows.
It's a pain you have to check the computer to find out someone is running late these days huh? Sometimes I wish people would travel back in time lol. Glad you had a great visit and you have a clean house!
