Rec your hair conditioning treatment..
I need to buy a deep conditioning treatment to do on my hair every so often but I don't know what to do/buy.
Anyone have any recs?

I think I used to use Pantene ProV Deep Conditioner. I used it once a week and left it on for about 5 minutes.
I stopped using it when I started using Garnier Nutrise's conditioner for dry hair. I barely have an split ends and it really hydrates my hair.

Now, how often are you supposed to do these treatments? I my hair has tons of flyaways/frizzies, most likely from straightening it.
