Hi everyone,
I didn't post this on the other boards because I was afraid of getting flamed in case it's already been asked....but would you ladies be so kind as to share your ovulation symptoms...if you had any? I've started charting but it is my first month off BCP so I'm sure my cycle may be whacked but according to FF if this is a normal 28 day cycle, I should be ovulating soon and I have been crampy since I woke up. I also had some twinges last night in my lower right side. Probably bad food I ate but I was just curious what some typical symptoms would be! TIA!
Re: Ovulation
Oh I definitely know when I'm ovulating.
Some symptoms:
Boobs are sore, general feeling of yuckiness, definitely pain in the ovary section (sometimes it's really bad that it makes it hard to bend over), definitely CM change (it gets a lot thicker). I also usually feel a lot more tired and I find that I'm not as hungry and generally just feel heavier (I guess that's the bloating).
I definitely agree with reading TCOYF. It's a great book, and very informative.
I don't get any symptoms when I'm ovulating, so I'm of no help!
