what kind do you use? we use huggies snug & dry. never had a problem w/them. but i'm on diapers.com & some complaints are red marks. they do leave red marks but i thought all diapers did this. am i wrong? huggies natural fit got pretty good reviews. one person even commented "no red marks"
Re: diaper poll
We've been using Pampers Baby Dry or Cruisers (for the kiddo). ?
For some reason, my boys have diaper blow outs with Huggies. ?And I didn't like that I'd find crystal-like things in the diaper when I'd change a wet one.
?
Wipes on the other hand? I LOVE Huggies wipes! ?
I never really thought about the red mark either. But I use Huggies Snug and Dry and Mary gets them almost every diaper change. Hmm...Also has had the crystal like things. Like maybe 2 or 3 diaper changes. Didn't know what it was. Thought it was cream or something.
Wasn't really a fan of Pampers. I like the poop catch in the huggies.
Also, Tiff. I really like the Costco diapers but didn't get them because they cost more and are really the same thing as the huggies. hth
For isabel we used the swaddlers than the cruisers than switch to huggies for her pull ups. for some reason the pamper pull ups give her a rash at the waistband.
Joaquin the same-swaddlers to cruisers, he just moved to size 5 by the way.
oh wow.
Oh my!
we are very scared and frustrated. We just bought a box of size 4 when we notice him getting the red marks and he had a leak..
poor thing. why are you scared?
Today was my first visit to diapers.com & the discounts are pretty good. I saved .32 per jar and an extra 10% off (code 10percent). check it out. I was telling lori this find couldn't come at a better time. hopefully you can find good deals too.
I definitely plan on looking thru them.
PS I just found out diapers.com is also a member of ebates. It's only 1% but eery penny counts. Plus they have additional coupons.
I've never heard of ebates.
It's a site that is linked to a bunch of popular websites and when you order from those sites ebates give you cash back, plus they offer coupons. I ordered almost all my xmas gifts from there, used all the free shipping offers and other coupons so I saved a bunch than ended up getting a $60 check from ebates.
Wow! Sarah's still in a 3 and in desperate times, when she "sucks it in", I can still get her in a 2!
just like diapers.com, if you use me as a referral you get an automatic cash back

We use the Costco brand of diaper and wipes and love them. We never have red marks or crystals, no poop blowouts.
P just got into a size 4 but still fits his size 3s that we have left.
Kristy actually I compared the Huggies cost vs the Kirkland brand and the Huggies was 4.1 c a diaper and the Kirkland was 1.8 c a diaper so way cheaper.
Now that was when P was first born but I doubt it's change that much in 11 months and anyway I hate prefer the Kirkland over Huggies anyway.
I checked on the Costco diapers like 2 weeks ago and they are definetly cheaper than the Huggies (especially if you are going to buy the Huggies @ Target/Wal*Mart) but even when buying the Huggies @ Costco, the Kirkland brand was cheaper.
I am going with Huggies because those are the free ones that Ellen gave us, then will switch to Kirkland because Baby Bargians gave them the best reviews.
Thanks, Brandy! I am glad I am not the one asking this.
Now they make it easier to figure out. On the "price sticker" it says "Price per unit" or something like that and the Huggies are like .03 more, per diaper.
::thinking to self.... where did I put that paper I wrote it down on....?::
Yep what Sharra said
They break it down for you on the sticker and it was about 3 cents cheaper for the Kirkland diapers. Plus it's so convenient buying the diapers in bulk and not running out all the time.
