There was another townhouse for sale asking $715k that also had an open house last weekend but it must have gotten snapped up! Also check out apartments for sale in Kensington, there are some really nice, *huge* ones!!

Yeah, i have *no* idea what our price range would be!! (if we even want to buy anything...don't know about that either) But i'll show DH some of the listings i like and he says 'you really think we can afford that?'. I'm like 'um...yes...?'.
