klmbride05--porkchops

It is the simplest and yummiest thing ever! ?You can use a container of fresh salsa and add your own cilantro (not the jarred stuff like Pace) I prefer to make my own because I LOVE cilantro. ?This is what you need, but nothing is exact...I've never measured anything when I've ever made it and it always come out good.

1 bunch of cilantro leaves chopped

1 can of diced tomatoes with juice?

1/2 cup chopped green onion

3 jalapenos seeds removed and finely chopped ?(I like it spicier and would normally use 1 serrano chili but being that I'm pregnant, it's out of the question)

lite soy sauce (sparingly for salt flavor maybe a tablespoon)?

1 pound of pork chops (cut or left in chops is fine)

Cook the porkchops 1/2 way and then add the rest of that stuff all at once over the chhops and simmer. ?It will be watery in the beginning, but will dry up and thicken a little bit. ?You really can't mess it up. ? I serve mine with black or pinto beans and corn tortillas. ?This is my husbands favorite meal. ?

Let me know how it goes or if you have any questions.?
