What can I clean with vinger. Give me ideas please

Re: What can I clean with vinger. Give me ideas please

  • counter tops, tub tiles, stove tops, mirrors, windows, woodwork....
  • Google "Homemade Cleaners".  You can use vinegar for just about anything....  I like to use it as a dishwasher cleaner.  Sprinkle banking soda in the bottom of the dishwasher and then fill the detergent cup with vinegar and let it run through the cycle.  Works great!
  • Oh, I forgot coffee makers and irons too.
  • I like to use it when cleaning the microwave, dishwasher, and adding it to the laundry to brighten whites.  I like borax more though.
  • Vinegar is good for so many things!

We had ants in our kitchen one summer.  I washed our countertops down with vinegar and the problem disappeared!

  • The possibilities are endless :-)

We used to clean the tile floors with a mix of 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 hot water (but that was before we got the steam cleaner). Vinegar is also awesome for unclogging drains - pour some baking soda down the drain, pour some vinegar on top and watch it bubble all the nastiness down your drain! DH also uses it to clean the coffee maker.

I've also learned that a mix of 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water (room temp.) is good for sunburn relief - put it in a spray bottle and spray it on yourself. You end up a little stinky, but I'll take sunburn relief over smelling powdery fresh any day! lol...

  • I use vinegar and baking soda to clean my toilet. When you pour them at the same time it creates a fizz in the bowl, I then use the brush and scrub the toilet. It definitely works!
  • In the kitchen - if you burn something on a pan, spring baking soda, and add vinegar to make a paste.  It will get the burnt food off of your pan.
