Purex 3-in-1 laundry product

Has anyone tried this?  I wonder if it's any good or not.  Is it cost effective at all?

Re: Purex 3-in-1 laundry product

  • I haven't tried them, but I think I remember them being fairly expensive when I saw them at the store.  My FIL is really excited to try them, but I don't think they're ideal for me.  I use different amounts and types of detergents based on the size and type of load I'm washing, and I don't use fabric softener.  I can see how they'd be really appealing to some people, though.
  • I have not but I am very curious about the product. If I do try it I will post the resultsSmile
  • I also thought they were a bit expensive to use on a regular basis, but I think they would have been great when I worked at camps or for vacations. (My family tends to laundry when we go on vacation to the beach-no one wants to bring home yucky swim suits.)

  • I have been using them and they are great!  I found them on sale at Walgreens ($6.99 - $2 Register Rewards).  I also found $2 coupons so that made them pretty cheap.  The sale ended today though.  I only use them for full loads and probably won't buy them unless I find a good deal.  They are expensive unless you find a good deal.
