Recommend your fave place for a salad
Yes, I know I can make my own at home. But sometimes the H wants to go out to eat and I have been on a salad kick lately. So, please recommend restaurants where you've had a great salad. Not a side salad, but a really big meal-sized one. TIA.
Re: Recommend your fave place for a salad
in the city: telephone bar and chelsea grill (which is in hell's kitchen) are our favorites. i also like nolita house because their salads change seasonally.?
in fo hi: i remember liking the chicken caesar at bonfire grill?
i have a seriously awesome ginger steak salad recipe if you want it. really easy/fast to make too.?
I just fed my craving at Bonfire. I had the spinach salad with bacon bits, caramelized onions, goat cheese, and a hard-boiled egg. Definitely hit the spot.
I would love any recipes you have for salads. I have a post actually on this very topic going here: POLL: Fave salad recipes
