painter recommendations?
i am looking to hire a painting service. i have seen painters on craigslist that will paint for $75/room with a $300 minimum. some are unliscensed...what are the cons of this? does anyone have a recommendation? I have 2 major rooms and a hallway and landing that i would like to have repainted.

I used a guy named Mark who is fully licensed and insured. He did our 2-story foyer, kitchen, sunroom, living room, master bath and cathedral master BR for < $1500.
