XP: Anyone with portable and/or window A/C's?
Re: XP: Anyone with portable and/or window A/C's?
Ok I think I got the highlights......
If you install the window units, you can put brackets under them to hold the weight up. They sell the brackets at home depot or lowes.
How many btu's and what's the width? I may be interest in buying an a/c for the baby's room if you decide to sell.
HTH
Yeah, we would definitely need to get some brackets. Not quite sure how they get installed, but I am sure we could figure it out.
The model is LG M8003L. Not sure about the exact size. It is actually the A/C that I prefer (quiet, remote control, programmable, efficient) but it's too much for just the BR.
The brackets get screwed into the windowsill on the outside and then to the bottom of the unit I believe. I could be wrong about being screwed into the unit.
I'm going to check check out that model.
