Anyone have a SUPER easy, semi-healthy go-to dinner recipe you can share with me like now.
I could google, but I want something I know is easy and yum.
Yes, I am actually making dinner.
TIA

Lazy
Re: Dinner help
Ground turkey in spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions. With whole wheat pasta.
I don't get any fancier than that!
Have fun with that!
Jinx!
Hee hee!
I make faux taco bell rice bowls with either chicken/beef or shrimp. I make exactly two cups of brown long grain rice, add black beans, tomatoes, corn (sometimes), avocado, salsa, a little bit of cheese, and a tiny dollup of sour cream. For the meat I sautee it real quick in fajita or taco spices and thats it.
Obviously it can be made more or less healthy as needed. GL!
I'm all about the grilled chicken fajitas. I make this all the time and it's super good for you. Don't forget the whole wheat tortillas.
2 Chicken Breasts, 1/2 bottle of salsa, Yellow Onion, Green or Red Bell Peppers.
Slice up the chicken breasts and cook in pan with the 1/2 bottle of salsa. In a separate pan (spray with Pam) fry the sliced onions and peppers.
Viola!
You guys give me all these yummy suggestions...and I decide to make sloppy joes and tater tots.
But I will save this for the future.
