I had a super fun morning!
I was headed out to my car at 6:30am to go to work only to find that my driver's side window had been bashed in. What did they want? Oh, you know, my little Tom Tom. 
I know this happens all the time, but I just forgot to put it away. Ugh!
I've spent all morning on the phone with insurance, police, glass companies, etc. Fun, fun, fun! [eyeroll]
However, in light of all the ridiculousness, there is a bit of an upside. My neighbor, whom I've never met, swung by, introduced himself and dropped off his shop vac so I could clean everything up. Such a god send and a really nice thing for him to have done. And the inside of my car now is all purtty. Granted, it's still missing a window, but at least it's a start.

I''ve had this happen before and cleaning out that glass was a nightmare, I feel for you.

Thanks ladies. I'm still waiting around for the glass company to come by and replace my window - thankfully, our neighborhood is basically quiet and mellow, so I'm not too concerned having my poor car out there sans a window.
I'm trying to take advantage of this unforseen day off though. Lots of sitting outside watching the car and reading. Not a terrible way to spend the day, I guess.
