Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So, had the chat with my boss's boss
And it was good. I really tried not to get emotional but that only works so much. 
I mean, i didn't burst in to tears or anything, but my voice gets wavery and i hate it! I need to take assertiveness classes...
Anyways...nothing is necessarily resolved as of yet. He did throw at me the option of a new job/position and he wants me to think about it over the weekend. I have to admit, it intrigues me. But also confuses me cuz at first it'll kind of be a 'create it as you go' role. Which is fine...i think... It'd definitely get me more involved in the dept i've pretty much been working in and it would be a raise, although he said he couldn't promise it right away cuz HR has weird rules about raises during the year...uh...okay... 
So i feel good and less stressed. But more contemplative.
