The worst day ever

Our house was broken into yesterday.

David came home to this. They kicked in our fence door, broke open the back door and came in took everything electronic (TV, Laptops, Cameras...etc), most of my jewelry, and most of our lawn equipment. They ransacked the house. left and broke our garage on the way out. There are really no words to describe how I feel.

We are really gratefull that they didn't hurt the dogs and everyone is ok. Also, our neighbors in the alley have video servailance and think they have a description of a car. They are currently working on slowing down the video to get more details.

Anyways, I will be kinda MIA until things are back up and running. I would appreciate if you guys could just keep us in your thoughts.

    We got broken into in March so I know how awful it feels. I hope you get a good lead with the description of the car and they get caught.

    Oh, no!  I'm so sorry!  I'm glad you and your dogs are okay.  I hope the police are able to find the burglars and recover your things!

    That's horrible--I had my car ransacked once and the violation of your personal space is the worst. ?I hope they catch these guys and you get your stuff back.

    that is horrible.  our dorm room was broken into in college and only one thing was taken but we totally felt violated and all shaken up.  i am sorry this happened to you....

    I am so sorry, that is so completely horrible and I cannot even imagine how violated and upset you must be. Hopefully, your insurance will cover replacement costs for everything and they are able to find the low-life scum responsible.
