Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hi ladies,
I created an account and forgot my password. I tried using "forgot password" function but I never received the email to reset my password.
I also tried their link to get to FAQ and sent an email to them. I got an email back that such an account does not exist. I have not been able to login for a few weeks, you know the feeling!
Has anyone experienced this? Do you know a work around?
