Good cake bakery?

I am helping my mom plan an 50th anniversary party for my gradnparents.  I am in charge of the cake.  The party is in Lake Elsinore....any good recs?  I got married in San Diego so never met with any bakers in the IE.

Thanks!

Re: Good cake bakery?

  • I like Federico's in the Chino Spectrum. We got our wedding cake there.
  • I don't know what your budget is, but check out Super Target, Vons and Ralphs. They're fairly inexpensive and have really professional looking cakes. They do some pretty fancy fondant work.

  • I used Cucamonga Cakery for my wedding, and was very happy.

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

  • Cucamonga Cakery also made my wedding cake so I rec them.  I also rec Pavillion's (Von's). I've had numerous cakes from them and they are really good.  The last cake I had them make was a white cake with fresh strawberry filling. It was delicious!
  • 3rd rec for Cucamonga Cakery, we used them for our wedding and got a lot of raves from our guests about it
  • I know how cheesy Vons sounds, but they really do make good cakes.
  • 4th rec for Cucamonga Cakery.  Used them for or wedding, as well.
  • I agree with Cucamonga Cakery. They rock. They did my wedding cake, the grooms cake (an XBox), and my mom just had them do a special cake for my birthday/grad party that came out pretty awesome.
  • Pila's in Temecula.(Rancho California/Jefferson)

They run $3 per person, but the cake is YUMMY!
