As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Best prices for a Mac laptop?
I will probably repost on MM, but I thought I'd post here first. Anyone have any recs for a place (online or brick and mortar) to buy a Mac laptop? I don't use it for much besides the internet...and Photo Booth.

if you don't use the computer for much besides internet, look at netbooks instead. we just got MIL a kickass one that's faster than my current desktop for like $350. plus they're freakin' cute.

They do. You have to have a valid student i.d. otherwise the only other restriction is that they limit your purchases on certain items. I think it's one per year with laptops and desktops but I could be mistaken. You might get a rebate via check in the mail, but I can't remember if that was for my free ipod that I got with my imac purchase or if it was for the discount.
