Ladies, i'm so excited I could do the happy dance right now! i'll wait till DH gets home then i'll do the happy dance for him, lol! I'm so giddy!
About 3 yrs ago DH bought this stupid red/white 1992 Ford f150- ....w/o really asking me about it.....so it has caused quite a few arguments bc he drained our savings to buy it- well it has never ran right and he never drove it. So about a month ago , maybe less, we decided lets put it on auto trader.com, sell it and we'll pay off the motorcycle!
So these two guys came over this morning to look @ the truck and they bought it. UHMM you do not even know how excited I am right now! We had it listed for $1800....(only bc it was the only 4x4 truck listed so DH thought he could sell it for more)...we sold it for $1400 (Which is fine by me)..
So now we can pay off the bike and still have about $600 left over. OMG i'm so excited!
We are going on vacay july 11 so instead of having to use money out of our savings we can take this money.
ya'll i want to throw a party! this has been such a relief. The Ford wasn't costing us anything sitting in the driveway, but the motorcycle was and its just such a relief to know that we can pay it off and that is one less bill on our list, and one step closer to be able to start putting money up for a house.
