As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I can't say I'm surprised. With what you described of her issues she is in a downward spiral and not showing up for work fits. What does this actually mean for you? Your vacation starts the end of this week, right?

I agree with Jen, it sounds like a typical downward spiral. (Hopefully she's able to pull herself together and/or get help.)
