E is going to be taking his Professional Engineer (PE) exam in late October. This is the most important exam of his life and it is crucial that he passes. Anyway, he signed up for a review course. The course is for EVERY Saturday and Sunday for 5 or 6 weeks before the class. Plus E is working lots of overtime right now because he was just awarded two big jobs..think 60-65 hours a week. Look at the schedule...I know it will all be worth it in the end. But, yikes....I am never going to see this boy in the months of September and October! Oh, and all the classes are in Harrisburg..a good 45-60 minute ride from our house. :c(

That sucks but it will be worth it when he passes. IMO those classes really are useful and help you pass (I am PG not PE). Boy...they are really long classes.

Wow, that does suck Allie, but like you said it'll be worth it once it's over. I know it will a rough few months for you but take it as an opportunity to plan fun "girls only" weekends, reconnect with friends, have lots of "me" time, and start/finish any projects you've maybe put off. Just try to stay busy and hopefully it will fly by for you both!

Wow...that's definitely a crazy schedule but I'm sure the review class will prove beneficial when he goes to take the exam. I'm sure it will go quickly even though it still sucks

thanks for letting me be a whiny brat for a minute! Stick out tongue

i know this class is beneficial to him and will help him review all the information and practice problems before the test. i will be doing anything i can to make this time the least stressful for him (and me) as possible. i was just shocked at how long the days are! he will be tired...but it will all be worth it.
