We are on our way to being sold! Yay! Just need to provide them with the estoppel certificate and they're having a home inspection done. Keep those fingers crossed!

But what in the world is an estoppel certificate? I've never heard of one before...
lol It's basically a financial statement of our condo assoc showing that we're solvent.
